GAAHL’S PARTNER: “GAAHL IS SAVING GAY BLACK-METAL YOUTHS”
The partner of recently outed Gorgoroth frontman Gaahl, modeling agent Dan DeVero recently stated to Norwegian newspaper Bergensavisen that he’s happy the black-metal singer has come out of the closet.
“I think it’s absolutely fantastic,” said DeVero. “By coming out, Kristian [Espedal, Gaahl’s birthname] is saving a lot of gay youths in black-metal circles. He is an idol for many young people in the world."
Revolver finds it hilarious that metalheads the world over are so disturbed by Gaahl’s sexual orientation and not that his name is Kristian.
